The London Development Agency is to provide £4m to a programme of works to improve public space in the Bankside area.
The Bankside Urban Forest improvements seeks to create safe and attractive routes from the riverside to public transport links and draw some of the riverside’s 12m annual visitors into the wider Bankside area.
